
Our Story
Kochi began its journey in Asia in 2012, inspired by our family's time living in Shanghai and Bangkok from 2011 to 2015. During those years, we developed a deep appreciation for both tea and the rich cultural experiences of the region.
What started as a simple “Daddy-Daughter” project blossomed into something more—our first tea business in Thailand. When we eventually returned home to Colorado, we discovered a cozy neighborhood café for sale just down the street. It felt like the perfect opportunity to bring our passion full circle.
Today, Alexandria and her husband, Miles, are transitioning into full-time ownership of Kochi. As a proud Asian-American, Alexandria hopes to share a piece of her heritage through the space, offering the community a warm, inviting place to connect over thoughtfully curated teas and treats inspired by her cultural roots.
Together as a family, we’ve poured our hearts into creating Kochi: a place where community, creativity, and connection thrive.
